This measure is an addition to others already implemented by Sonae – such as the Tira-Vez app, which allows customers to get queue tickets using their smartphones, or Smart Continente, another application where shopping lists can be made by using voice commands – designed to “offer their customers an increasingly convenient, practical and personalized shopping experience,” the statement said.
Esta medida junta-se a outras já implementadas na rede Sonae – como a app Tira-Vez, que permite ao cliente tirar senhas através do telemóvel, ou o Smart Continente, outra aplicação onde é possível fazer listas de compras através de comandos de voz – pensadas “para oferecer aos seus clientes uma experiência de compra cada vez mais prática, cómoda e personalizada”, segundo se lê no comunicado.
